Sandy Waters

Sandy Waters is a Suffolk, Virginia artist who serves as the Visual Arts Manager at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts. She has been painting for more than 25 years, enjoying the challenges of Plein Air painting as well as working in her studio. She, along with friend and fellow painter Barbara Harris, co-founded the Suffolk Plein Air Society and both are the co-chairs of the annual Suffolk Plein Air Festival, held the week after Labor Day throughout Suffolk.
