Laura Gibbs

Laura Gibbs was born in Norfolk, VA and is a lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area. Laura is a painter and works in a variety of media. Experimentation with both alternative surfaces and combinations of various media is usually present in Laura’s work. Subject matter is primarily abstract and non-objective. Laura often participates in a number of outdoor art festivals and juried shows each year. Her work is on display at Crossroads Art Center in Richmond, VA. Additionally, her work is included in the permanent collection of the city of Chesapeake, VA.
