Nicole Goossens-Cleiren

Born and raised in the Netherlands, and having lived in Germany for five years, I moved to the US in 1988. I have always been drawn to nature in all its beauty, ferocity and unpredictability. Besides trying to capture these qualities in paintings and photos, I have a weakness for whimsical, abstract art. In fact, two of my pieces in this year's show are inspired by my son's creations.
