Lisa Burgess

Lisa recently started painting after her former immersion in batik and fiber arts about twenty years ago. She holds a minor degree in Studio Art from The University of Virginia, with a concentration in printmaking. She enjoys finding subject matter in nature around life on the Lynnhaven River and from images captured while traveling to interesting locations.
Lisa (Hunt) ’84 is a Norfolk Academy alum and parent of a middle schooler. At home, she also repairs oriental and area rugs.
