Kessy Heath

Kessy Heath, a Virginia Beach native, resides in Sandbridge with her husband, and two teenage sons, their beloved cat, Tux and newest addition, a dog named Bear. In her search for healing, after a traumatic illness and subsequent miracle with their youngest son, Kessy found abstract painting as a way to heal. She strives to capture glimpses of the transcendent, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and perhaps find their own moments of connection. Her process is meditative, intuitive and deeply rooted in prayer and God. Music and nature, are the backdrop to her creations.
