Collection: William Mulligan

The agony and ecstasy of human experience is the subject matter of William Mulligan's figural sculptures, He is inspired by the human figure, the harmony of basic shapes and gestures that convey strong emotion and enjoys exploring the boundary between abstraction and realism. While he has worked in a number of different media, he now works exclusively with clay. Bill has exhibited his sculptures at MOCA, the Virginia Beach Arts Center and the Boardwalk Art Show.
